Craig Furini, AM. Chair

Throughout a distinguished military career Craig has worked in UK and Australian intelligence organisations and as an adviser to the Government, including as chief of staff to the Chief of the Defence Force. He was most recently the commander of the Joint Agency Taskforce Operation Sovereign Borders.

He was appointed as a Member of the Order of Australia in 2017 for his role as director of coalition joint strategy on Operation Inherent Resolve fighting Islamic State in Iraq and Syria. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science, Masters of Management (Defence Studies) and Masters of Arts (Strategic Studies). 

Sally Moyle

One of Australia’s leading experts on gender equality, Sally is the former Chief Executive of CARE Australia, a leading international aid organisation that works around the globe to save lives and defeat poverty.

Sally is a development and policy specialist with nearly thirty years’ professional experience working across government, in the private sector and academia on gender equality, human rights and social justice. She is currently an Honorary Associate Professor at the Australian National University’s Gender Institute. 

Michael Gale

After spending most of his adult life in Silicon Valley with additional stints in Asia, Europe and the Middle East Michael moved back to Australia in late 2017 and is building a new merchant bank focused on entrepreneurs and their companies.

He is the CEO of First Penny Investments and a Director of BlueMount Capital. Michael has been integral to the successful globalization of many leading companies including Macromedia, HAHT, F5, Akamai and Apple. He has been involved in over one hundred start-ups focused on how to accelerate their growth by leveraging international markets and partnerships. Michael has a truly global network and a keen understanding of many different business cultures. 

Dr. Nandini Doreswamy

Nandini has significant experience in management, technology, and health. She holds an MBBS, a Masters in General Surgery, an MBA, and certifications in technology and project management. Her areas of interest include management, leadership, medicine and technology, including decision-making, AI, and sustaining human relevance in an AI-driven future.

She is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders (Australia and New Zealand) and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She was nominated by the federal government as a Distinguished Talent and granted Australian citizenship in 2020. 

Roger Gibson

Roger is Infosys Consulting's APAC regional head, looking after teams in Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney and Melbourne. Roger has a rich background in transformational change, both as an executive and a consultant, and has focused primarily on infrastructure-based industries.

He has over 20 years of experience working in various leadership roles at Telstra, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Downer Engineering. Roger graduated from the University of New South Wales with a master’s degree in commerce.

Louisa Minney

An experienced senior executive who works at the highest levels of government including Ministerial and National, both in Australia and overseas including for multi-lateral and Commonwealth organisations including the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), and the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

An experienced Company Director; overseeing the development and delivery of business strategy and governance reform resulting in tangible growth and organisational coherence.

Mike Sinclair

In on the ground floor of the online content explosion, Mike helped launch as well as the country's leading mainstream motorcycle and marine editorial websites almost two decades ago.

Mike was then key when ACP Media and carsales joined forces to create Australia's leading automotive, industrial, marine and motorcycle online network in the mid-Noughties.

In addition to managing a growing multimedia editorial and content team at Ltd, Mike's current responsibilities include overview of all PR and corporate communications for the group.

Julia Steel

With over 20 years of experience in innovation, projects and change, Julia has helped dozens of organisations increase their impact. She is a woman of action, a powerhouse of implementation and all-round expert in getting sh*t done.

She has held senior business transformation roles in Australia and the UK, including significant rollouts of technology infrastructure to the community. She is now a well-known speaker, trainer and coach and works with organisations to shape and deliver their future.
